French law entitles consumers who have bought from a professional to free access to a registered consumer mediator. Milduna is distributed free of charge and sells nothing, so no such contract arises. Should paid offers be introduced, a mediator will be appointed and named here beforehand.
Every element making up the Milduna app and this website — the Milduna name, the logo, the mascot, the visual and sound design, the educational content, the texts and the source code — is protected by copyright and, where applicable, by trade mark law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or reuse, in whole or in part, on any medium, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
The typefaces, third-party libraries and audio voices used are governed by their own licences, held by their respective owners.
Data collected through the App and this website is processed as set out in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and your data at any time from the account deletion page, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
This website displays advertising served by Google AdSense, which may set advertising cookies under Google's own privacy policy and consent choices. The App uses no advertising cookie: it stores your progress in your browser's local storage (localStorage), which is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for and therefore requires no consent banner. The optional anonymous statistics (PostHog) keep a random identifier in that same local storage, and only after you have opted in — see the Privacy Policy, section 2.8.
